Mr. Rohit Patni, Managing Director, son of Mr. Suresh Kumar Patni, is a Gold-medalist B.E. in Computer Science from PESIT, Bangalore and an MBA from Cardiff University, UK. Apart from looking after the overall management of the company, he is actively involved in implementation of power plant and other projects. Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member of Bengal Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Ankit Patni, Jt. Managing Director, son of Mr. Suresh Kumar Patni, is a B. Com.(Hons) graduate from Calcutta University and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from IFCAI, Hyderabad. Also, he has completed his MBA from University of Technology, Australia. Currently, apart from looking after the finance & marketing divisions, he also handles the overseas operations of the company.
